BPS registration is separate from your Playtomic event booking and payment. It does not secure a place in a qualifying event.

How it works

  1. Step 1
    Enter the qualifying event on Playtomic with your doubles partner.
  2. Step 2
    Pay the qualifying-event fee on Playtomic.
  3. Step 3
    Complete your Ballito Padel Series registration below.
  4. Step 4
    Compete in the qualifying event.

Both players register individually on this website, each with their own BPS player profile. Once both profiles exist, either player can select the other as their partner from My BPS. Your qualifying-event place and payment are held by Playtomic, not by this website.

Your BPS player account

Required so we can administer the Series, confirm your team and reach you about your events.

Your email address and mobile number are private. They are never shown on public player profiles, results or qualifier lists.

Section 2

Your qualifying event and partner

Select the qualifying event you entered on Playtomic, and name your doubles partner so we can link your team.

No qualifying events are open for selection yet. Complete your profile now — once the venue calendar is finalised you can select your event and link your partner from My BPS.

Both players hold their own BPS profile. Once both profiles exist, either player selects the other in My BPS and the team is linked. There are no team names — the doubles partnership is the unit.

Section 3

Optional player profile

Used on your BPS player profile, results and qualification announcements. All optional.

Playtomic remains the source of your Playtomic profile and rating. A rating you enter here is stored as player submitted — Ballito Padel Series does not set or control Playtomic ratings. Preferred club is a preference only and does not reserve a place at that venue. You can add a profile photo from My BPS after signing in.

Confirmations and preferences

Marketing consents are optional, unticked by default and never a condition of entry.

Playtomic entry confirmation

This records your own confirmation only. Ballito Padel Series does not verify Playtomic bookings or payments. Leave it unticked if you are registering before entries open.

Your information is processed to administer the Ballito Padel Series: registration, event administration, eligibility, results, standings, qualification, Grand Final administration, your player profile and necessary participant communications. Read the full Privacy Notice.

By creating a BPS player account, you agree to receive essential Ballito Padel Series account and Series communications relating to entries, schedules, results, venues, qualification updates, Grand Final information and your participation. These are sent to the email address and mobile number you provide above.
